GB Connect is a SISEU initiative aiming to stay in touch with our General Branch (GB in short) members. There are 2 types of Union Membership – Ordinary Membership (OB) and General Membership (GB). While both types of membership enjoy the same social benefits, e.g. NTUC Card (Gold in colour), NTUC Fairprice rebates, chalets, access to Golf privileges and NTUC Club facilities, Ordinary Members are represented by SISEU in collective bargaining relating to wage negotiations and workplace issues. General Branch Members do not have such representation rights.
