    Workplace Representation

    Offer Date: Ongoing
    NTUC

Representation in Wage Negotiations and Workplace Issues for Ordinary Branch (OB) Members

Representation in Wage Negotiations and Workplace Issues for Ordinary Branch (OB) Members (employees of Unionised Companies).

Regardless of job or designation, NTUC Membership is open to working people above 16 years of age (except for uniformed personnel in MINDEF, SAF, the Police and Civil Defence, and armed personnel in CISCO).

And with a growing number of graduates entering the workforce as or promoted to the ranks of Professionals, limited representation of Executives and Managers by unions serve to protect the rights and interests of these employees in the highly-competitive and political nature of today's business-oriented organisations.

Professional Advice on Employment-Related Matters for General Branch (GB) Members (employees of Non-unionised Companies) from a dedicated team of experienced Industrial Relations practitioners.

Our little "aunt agony" column containing advice for some common issues that may arise at the workplace from time to time. To read more about the questions some of our members have asked, and the advice given, please click here.
